I do exercise for around 8 to 10 hours per week. Including heavy weight lifting and cardio each six times a week. I took this tablet for weight gain (mostly expected to gain muscles as I was working out a lot).Below are the observations from the product,1. The tablet makes you sleepy and tired. Symptoms stays the same even after 2 weeks of time. Didn't get any better.2. Weight gain happens around your stomach and mostly as fat. My fat range is 24% and it reached 28% in 2 weeks time and gained around 4 kgs. (There is no change in my diet. As I am eating healthy with moderate carbs and consuming a reasonable healthy fats).3. You can't focus on work and you will feel lethargic throughout the day. It is really not worth to gain the weight with above symptoms.Only plus, you will sleep well. Apart from that no good comes from this tablet. Only too much of fat gain, which can be easily done by eating more.

I added it on my weight gain journey. It helps me beyond my thinking.I'm underweight female person haven't any health problems even don't take any kind of medication.I tried many medications to get proper weight but that failed cause finishing their medications I lost my weight while doing exercises.After taking this I'm gaining my weight continuously. I didn't have any side effects for this item. Even didn't lost weight what I gained. while taking this sannyasi ayurveda tablet, I continue my exercises and proper food as it makes you hungry like wolves. By the way it's the actual result of having it. But the thing is that while thinking to stop it 🛑 , the dosages will be decreasing slowly then 🤩volla 🤩.

Im a medical student i tried this, it increases your weight because it is a steroid...it is causing cushing syndrome which is a dangerous condition, you gain weight mainly in central areas like abdomen, thighs....it leads to damage immune system, causes hypertension, diabetes mellitus, sleep problems later so please don't use think twice...it's ok to be skinny rather than unhealthy...as a medical student im saying after using for 3 months....
