Hard clasp
Daughter is absolutely obsessed with necklace. Backing is hard for her to put on and relive herself which is why it lost 1 star. Only have about 4 sayings that it alternates through as well which gets annoying as a parent, but she’s jumping and dancing all day!

Bigger than expected!
The media could not be loaded. Purchased because it was on a lightning deal, and was a great price. When it arrived it was much bigger and better quality than expected! My 4 year old loved it! Such a great surprise for her, and it is bright fun colors and a great gift for a little one! Such a fun present

Received wrong color Ariel
Unfortunately I was sent a very dark dark colored Ariel! And there was no boxes to check if you wanted a white or black one. I assumed it would be white because of the movie.
