Does not keep food hot
Dislike that it doesn’t keep food hot.That is why I purchased this cover. Very disappointed!

Who is responsible? Packaging or delivery?
Rating is for delivery. Box containing items was smashed; looked as if someone just threw it around during shipping/delivery! Did not contain soft/light items. Fortunately, contents are okay.
