I love having my new printer! It’s the best. The prints have the best print quality, and the color is always accurate, no matter the complexity of the design. I love using the printer so much that I am recommending it to my friends and family. I would recommend this printer to anyone. Setup is super easy and worth every penny!

If i could select no stars i would!!! This company is the worst and the customer service is terrible. They will not talk to you on the phone you have to chat with them. I was having some problems with my printer so i contacted them and the first thing they told me was oh you need a new waste ink pad. Ok can you mail one? Well, no you have to go online and purchase one. Wait what excuse me? I just bought this literally 4 months ago. Got that in after paying $90 for it, replaced it, STILL NOT WORKING. Contact support back..... oh you need a new PRINTER HEAD it will be covered under warranty. GOT IT IN TODAY AND STILL NOT WORKING.THE INK ISNT COMING OUT!!!!!! SO I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

This product is awesome. Also if you have any issues all you have to do is contact customer support and they will provide a link and someone will be readily available to assist you. I am very satisfied with my printer and the customer service.

I order this printer and the 1st one was defective returned it and got a replacement and now I’m loving it great print quality and vibrant colors customer and support is very helpful.

Oven not good the temperature don't go to what it have to and it don't melt the dtf power

Initially, I had given this printer a negative review due to the maintenance requirements and the advertising claims that it is beginner-friendly and low maintenance which it is not. I ended up giving it a chance after support insisted i try it and the first print worked fine.Update: while the initial print worked I only had issues with the machine clogging and failing to print after. I wouldn’t recommend this machine as there are several new machines with truly less maintenance and have more reliable printing. I’ll also add that the customer service is good about replying but it’s only once a day and normally there’s a language barrier.
