Barely any force whatsoever and the segments snap. Absolutely shoddy quality.

The foam kept coming off, causing the stick to snap in half whenever I used it. My husband managed to fix it by gluing the foam in place, so it no longer comes off. Now it’s solid.

It was a gift for my girlfriend., she loves this bamboo yoga pole! Super practical, easy to assemble and take anywhere. It comes with a stretching routine. The two sizes are perfect for different exercises. Highly recommended!

The QR scan seems to not work. It tries to open a file on my device. You must scan for instructions or fitness routine and it doesn’t take you there. Don’t recommend scanning and find a routine online. They don’t provide one.
