The label says use 'ceramic or wooden' spoon; but it appears there's a plastic spoon in the tub. Do we simply use plastic spoon? Sorry if I 'm thick

I used the plastic spoon to scoop into a glass and a wooden spatula to mix into fruit juice.

Hi Could you please tell me how many microns this product is? it states less than 20 microns. It needs to contain at least 2 microns for full detox
