I've been using this for police work and it has exceeded my expectations. Has great video. It's easy to set up. It comes with different clips but I wish they actually made a holder for uniform use. Anyway I'm impressed.

the product itself is really good. the mounts on the other hand are a little off, more specifically the smaller shirt clip. it doesn't really stay on the shirt very well. there isn't anything for it to catch as it's almost completely smooth so it just slides off and would slide off if you were to get into anything. If there was a non-rotating shirt clip much like the lapel clip design to go around the shirt button, that would be a lot more effective. otherwise the product is pretty good and does what it's supposed to do. would give it a 5 star if it had that type of shirt/button clip.

Can not zoom in or out

Well received in short time okWas busy so didn't openThen got around to opening and put on charger 24 hrs , then 2 days later ,it would not turn on so charged again , still wouldn't come on ,over and over keept trying nothing ,then took Small object to press on/off and soon came on the switch doesn't seem to work with finger ,if you dig in with finger nail it sometime work , not easy at all ,. Took about twenty tries , before it came on. ,but had to use tool ,Even though the battery says 100% it runs about 5 minutes and then the flashing red light comes on ,low battery , then after few minutes it goes to green again , something funny going on , Amazon is quick to send me replacement , hope the new one works better

Overall a very nice product. Takes a little practice to know which buttons control certain features and the buttons are not finger friendly.Very nice LCD and the infarred is nice as wellThe swivel clip would be the 1 thing I would change. Tends to bounce around on the body but might do better on a tactical vest. As civilian it would be better suited as a dashcam..
