I’ve been using this computer chair for a few weeks now, and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The chair provides excellent back support, which has made a big difference during long hours of work. The cushioning is comfortable yet firm, and the adjustable height and recline features allow me to customize it to my liking.The assembly process was straightforward, taking me about 15 minutes to put together. The materials feel durable, and the chair rolls smoothly on my hardwood floor without leaving any marks.Overall, it’s a fantastic chair for both work and relaxation. After 6 months, it’s not comfortable (I worked 10 hours shifts sitting the whole time so maybe if you only sit for a couple of hours or so it may be different) , the chair doesn’t stay up like the hydraulic lifting thing is faulty, I have long legs so I was sitting too low to the ground and developed problems in my knees. Also the arm broke off because I kept putting my weight on it to readjust myself lol. I would not purchase this chair!!Side note: I finally got a different chair passed down from a family member, I have been using it for 2 weeks and the new chair has made a huge difference so I know a lot of my back and leg pain was due to this chair. Be warned!!

I want to love this chair so much. The footrest 10/10. Its very comfortable. However, there is one major flaw with my chair. The hydraulics aren't great as sometime the chair will just start getting lower and lower. then I find myself getting up every 15 minuets to click the lever and bring the chair back up. Very disappointed this is happened since I love everything else about the chair.

First, I loved the look and features of this chair, especially for the price. Next, it was incredibly easy to assemble...I only looked at instructions to confirm. I did realize a quality control flaw while finishing assembly with the headrest. The ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ especially goes to the company and Farini, the CSR who was a wonderful and effective communicator. I highly recommend purchasing this chair from this company.

The product is great but the gas canister and part 7 is always missing please fix it. Otherwise comfortable

The chair is not well manufactured. The back panel does not stay in place even with the bolts on the back tightened all the way. If you put any amount of force on the arm rests the back panel will also lower. I received the package with a few of the small plastic (aesthetic) parts broken. And the chair creaks everytime someone sits on it. Not worth the money.

I've been using this since about October, and already the padding on both the seat and the footrest has lost its bounce. the footrest bar is bent. It was easy to assemble, the height is fine, I wish it was slightly larger as far as the seat is concerned. Originally it was really comfortable, now it isn't so much. I've had to buy a gel pad to help. I also work remotely in it 5 days a week, so I know I'm harder on things than most.

Order came on time with all of the pieces in the box. Great to have a rolling chair that has back and neck support and can be easily adjusted. Nice color of the fabric as well. Leg rest can extend fully out or just partially.
