This item was delivered quicker then what it stated online. The instructions in the box were not very reliable , but there is a QR code you can scan, which had a setup video that was very helpful with setup. At first the shelf seemed to be unsteady and not very sturdy,but after i put the water jugs on it they help make it more solid. I was worried it my collapse or tip over, but it hasn't done either. I like that it has two shelves on it. I use one for my ice machine and one for my keurig. Helps open up space on my kitchen counter. I have had it setup for just over a week now and I am pretty satisfied with it. The only other issue i have with thus is the little shelf doesn't have something to stop it from being pulled all the way out. Wasn't a big enough deal for me to give this item less then five stars. I definately will be recommending this item to family and friends.

I absolutely love this. It was very easy to put together and fits wonderfully in its spot. This company is also very good to work with they have very good customer service. I had returned a product before and they were top notch. It looks great and is very sturdy

This is very easy to put together and very heavy duty. I was skeptical about it but it really holds up I have tested it with four full 5 gallons and it doesn’t budge. The only thing is you have to have leakproof caps otherwise they will leak. The way they designed this is for the gallons to lean down to take them out easily but mine still leaked so turned them right side up and that did the job.Really happy with this would highly recommend you try it out.

This water station was fairly easy to assemble, with 2 people. My husband & I put it together. It helped to use a drill, but you don't need one, as it comes with two sizes of hex keys & one little wrench. It holds 4 water bottles & about 6 boxes of tea! That's what I love the most, is to have a place for our teas, so we don't have tea boxes everywhere. This water station is very sturdy. It was a great price for what you get! It is compact & fit perfectly where we needed it.

Super product. 5 gal jugs fit perfectly in the rack, solidly built, drawer is handy, and assembly fairly straight-forward. Great purchase in my opinion. We purchased a USB rechargeable pump (separately) that slips in the jug being used. Works great!

Bad quality, it is not made of high quality wood or steel and there is nothing heavy duty about this like the description claims. It is made of particle board and the frame is just like any cheap rack you'd find out of the cheapest construction. It has an 18 month warranty because I estimate thats about as long as it will last before it falls apart. I would much rather pay 50% more for this type of shelf and for it to be made of higher quality and heavy duty materials.
