I have been using this powder for more than a week now. You do feel pumped up pre work out also been taking it early morning if I am not working out, very decent amount in the package compare to other competitors. Dissappointed with the flavour as it's way too sour or bitter, especially while taking early mornings I do suggest to take a shot in one go. But still price wise its cheaper than many other major brands great benefit personally for me has been it has also lower my blood pressure whish is a blessing in disguise. I would have given full stars but they got to do something with the flavour. Otherwise a good quality product.

I take this 30 mins to 1 hr before the gym. Helps with better pumps, and one onto other things : ) The taste is very bitter, so I would recommend putting 5 grams straight into your mouth on your tongue, and then gulping it down with some water.

I have been using this to help with circulation by increasing NO production. I will be stacking it with l-arginine, pycnogenol and nattokinase when they arrive. As it is I have been taking 2 to 3 grams daily and I can tell it is doing what it is supposed to do. It is quite acidic if taken in powder form so I tried making some capsules but it was definitely more effective swallowed neat. I suggest you put 2 to 3g on a teaspoon and have a large glass of water to hand. Put the teaspoon in your mouth but do not move the powder around. Now drink the glass of water to wash the powder down your throat. I can say I have had no ill effects and have noticed a distinct increase of blood flow to the nether regions. Excellent product ideal for improving circulation, increasing blood flow, lowering blood pressure. Often sold as a weight training / bodybuilding aid but this amino acid has many health benefits related to the increased NO release which older people should make themselves aware of

A very poor quality ingredient grade of Citrulline Malate. It gives me anxiety. Primaforce CM from another site is lab tested, which i purchased before. I am going back to that brand. Yes its more expensive, but its high quality. I don't know what this Manchester company bodybuilding warehouse, how they make there stuff, what its mixed with, but its not lab tested. It is likely made with other products - where they use gluten, milk, and egg.

Had in the past and had no problems at all, good quality product good pump. Bought another bag in August, it came and had an off/eggy smell to it and significant clumping in the bag, caused a LOT of GI issues and threw it away. Assume just a bad batch which can happen with any brand but just be aware it shouldn't have that kind of smell!
