The first set I ordered came without the labels but I was able to get in touch with the owner of the company and she sent me a set. So all was well. These are heavy, well-made pieces and the pump is smooth and the spout sticks out far enough to dispense the soap right to the palm of your hand. In similar products this is not always the case which can be a real annoyance. Very pleased with these though I hope the company tightens up their quality control to be sure that the beautiful labels are included with each order.

I've had these in the house for a couple months now and they definitely improve the aesthetic of our kitchen sink area by replacing the plastic soap and dishwash bottles that we had on the counter. The amber is a great color, and the glass and pump feel like they have some heft and quality to it - haven't had any issues yet. I love all the different provided labels for whatever situation that you intend to use these for. They are a great size for the kitchen countertop, and I don't feel myself having to refill very often.

It is a very beautiful and sturdy product. Shipment was the issue for me. Ordered multiple items for my new home, but unfortunately one received one. There was a problem with shipment and I kept having it approved for it to be delayed. After two weeks, I just gave up and asked for a return.
