The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my home office and absolutely love it. It’s small enough to sit on my desk but big enough you can put it on the floor. The design is great and I love the strap on top. It puts out a ton of heat and the flame is pretty realistic. For a small to medium room, it’s a great way to warm up without pumping the house heat. The kids love the flame when no heat is on as well. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks but it seems very sturdy and the control knob is solid. When in heat mode, its noise level is that of a small fan. It feels like a safe option as its casing never gets too hot to handle. Would definitely recommend!

I keep it on my desk and use right now without the heat function and it provides great ambience in my office setting during the day and is amazing during the dusk hours.If you need to use the heat, it has multiple heat settings which are amazing for creating the perfect temperature in your room as the day goes on or the weather changes.I am so happy with this item for a small office or bedroom. It’s like having a small fireplace right in your room and completely portable for wherever you want it to go!

I got this space heater for my younger daughters' bedroom- their room is either the hottest or the coldest in the house, depending on the season, and it can get pretty frigid in there during the winter. While I have also taken measures like putting electric blankets under their sheets to make their beds nice and toasty to get into, I also want the room to be warm- I don't want them to have to huddle under the covers just to get a bit of warmth.I really loved that this heater was pretty size-efficient, and that it has a little fireplace look to it to make it just a tad more attractive. It's like a lot of space heaters that have that fireplace look- it's obviously not real, but it adds a lot in looks and it's very pretty. The outside of the heater is a sort of wood look, very nice looking, and there is a strap to help carry it on the top. I was also really impressed that this heater has safety features- it turns off immediately if it's tipped. It's a nice lightweight unit, very lightweight actually, and while it's going to be set up to avoid tipping, I definitely appreciate that I don't have to worry about a potential fire or things melting if it tips over. That's a feature that is super important to me and I'm really grateful that it shuts off like that.As far as how it works- BEAUTIFULLY! It has a setting for no heat, just the "lit fire" look, and then a low and high setting to adjust the volume of air it's pushing. On the back of the unit there is a temperature adjustment knob, so you're able to make adjustments so that it's not too hot for you.I think this heater is going to be perfect for their room this year- it's small but mighty and works a lot better than I expected it to! Definitely recommend it.

My home office gets terribly cold and this year I decided to look into a portable heater. The last one I had was very old and just not safe anymore. After searching for a while I found this electric fireplace/space heater made by the Hearth Brands Store. From what I saw and read, it looked like a viable option. Therefore, I ordered this heater and now that I've been able to use this in my office, I have not one complaint. This heater was well designed with safety features in mind. I find that they did opt to use premium grade material, which will extend durability. It offers an adjustable thermostat dial and more great features. Hearth Brands Electric Fireplace Portable Space Heater with 3D Flame Effect | 1500W: great for small spaces. The weather has turned pretty cold here, especially in the mornings. I’ve been turning it on to add a bit of warmth to my dressing room, while I’m getting ready for work. It’s easy to operate with just one button that controls everything. The appearance of an open flame is a really nice effect. For the price I was expecting a remote control. Not a bad little heater though, I just think it’s a little overpriced.

My bathroom gets really cold in winter and jumping in the shower is a real challenge.Personally I don’t trust portable heaters and would never leave one on without being in the room - that said this small compact heater does generate a good amount of heat for a small bathroom. The heater has several interesting features; although it’s lightweight it has a good safety feature in that it has a “tip-over and overheat protection sensor for automatic shut off”. The heater has two options 1. 800 watts which I use for my small bathroom and 1500 watts which I’m not crazy about because of the amount of energy it would require. Reasonably attractive with the flames.
