Very sweet.
I liked how sweet it was. You have to be careful as it looks like sugar and you can easily put too much in. The taste is very good. I haven't tried to cook with it just used it in my tea and coffee. But it's SWEET.

Not much after taste - a good thing
The taste is not bad and I’ve been tasting a lot of things. The pkg. contains a little over 11 ounces. Serving size (for coffee I’m guessing) is 1 1/3 tablespoons. That pkg. will be done in no time.

This stuff is great. No weird after taste. Sweetened just like sugar. I love it

Tastes very odd
This stuff tastes awful. It dissolves great in beverages as it is a similar texture to powdered sugar but the flavor is far more off putting than truvia or stevia.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
As far as I can tell, this is the closest thing to real sugar. Unfortunately, you have to put about 2 tablespoons to equal the taste of a level teaspoon of sugar. That makes this not worth it because it becomes to costly and it's already not cheap

Good product
I like it specifically because it is not as sweet as regular sugar. Also without the issues regular sugar brings. I add it to my electrolyte water, as the electrolytes I use have no sweetener. Haven't tried it for baking yet, but I definitely would.

best deal for the $$
I thought I'd try this product because I've been into using allulose recently and it was a larger sized package for less $$ than other brands. I have been pleasantly surprised! I use it for cooking and baking a lot - allulose is so cool because it still browns and caramelizes like sugar (albeit at a lower temperature - around 230F for allulose vs. 367F for "regular" sugar). My trial recipes have been turning out really well (taking into account that 1c sugar = 1.5c allulose), and no one has noticed the difference!
