JP Chenet - Original Cabernet Syrah Red Wine, Pays d'Oc, France - Bag in Box 3l (1 x 3 L)

Good quality wine and so much easier to use than the bulky bottles which are too fat to put in our tower wine rack !

I kept a few bottles of this really smooth wine and after 4 years the last bottle was as good if not better than the first. Will buy again. Great quality and value.

Advertised as 13.5% when it is only 11%. Just a rip off. Will never buy again. Advice to everyone don't buy unless you like cheap plonk.

Love the wine —-but Please Amazon deliver on the day specified when the order is placed! Delivering early is as bad as late! I order when website tells me delivery will be on a day I’ll be here - then Amazon mess everything up by delivering earlier! Not good!! Especially for item requiring someone over the age of 18. So so annoying! 11% alcohol is just perfect - please keep it that way!

Had a few boxes at 11% which were very drinkable, lovely smooth wine. The Amazon page does suggest alcohol content may vary, unfortunately not selectable that I can find. From the customer point of view, not so good. Last box I got was at 13.5% very very rough and will see about returning.

Inexpenive wine, excellent for everyday Vin de Table

I'm not a red wine drinker, but this was included in a wine advent calendar that I had for Christmas, and I enjoyed the miniature of it so much I ended up buying a case of full size bottles. I find it easy to drink, but a glass seems to last a lot longer than one of white, so probably better for me in that a bottle lasts a couple of evenings. The Merlot was pretty decent too, but both seem to be pretty elusive in regards to buying in the UK apart from on Amazon.

Whilst as many others have pointed out, this wine is not as advertised with the ABV reduced from 13 to 11%. In doing this, the quality of the wine has been substantially reduced to the point where it tastes like flavoured water. My advice is that you deserve better. Plus any firm that engages in false advertising does not merit my support.

Dieser französische Cabernet Syrah Rotwein ist geschmacklich von sehr guter Qualität und bietet ein prima Preis- Leistungverhältnis. Er ist, wie bei einem Syrah üblich, kräftig im Geschmack. Ich finde auch die 3 Liter Box ideal, da man den Wein einer angerissenen Box auch noch nach mindestens 2 bis 3 Wochen noch ohne Qualitätsverlust genießen kann.

Produit ok, très appréciable avec viande rouge, salade périgourdine etc.. Par contre j'ai reçu le cubi brut de pomme avec juste l'étiquette de mon adresse dessus ! Ça c'est pas pro du tout !

Guter Wein für alle Tage und durch Bag in Box mit fairem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ich verwende ihn gerne auch zum kochen für Vorratsmengen von Soße, Bolo etc.

Immer wieder gerne. Der Wein schmeckt wirklich zu jedem Essen. Ich persönlich finde es praktisch das man sich den Weg zum Altglas spart ;) Der Zapfhahn funktioniert bestens. Sicherlich bleibt immer ein Rest, jedoch bekommt man den mit etwas übung raus. Von mir eine klare Kauf Empfehlung.

Sorry, der ist untrinkbar. Wir sind weder Gourmets noch Experten, trinken einfach nur gerne und oft Wein. Dachte für den Alltag tut ders vielleicht. Irrtum. Ist ja auch viel zu günstig.
