It’s supposed to be, yes, however this is a knock-off of the aquarium’s plushies modeled after their *actual* seals. They’re made by Felissimo, who is known for their amazing quality, even though they’re much more expensive, I can guarantee they are *MUCH* higher quality. These photos aren’t even owned by this seller, they’re using stolen images to sell their knock-offs.

Sorry -- no power, can't go through walls. It is just an adorable stuffed animal. It was a gift for a friend.
