Grand Canyon Cardova 1 - Trekking tent (1-2-person tent), different colors

I used this tent for a summer cycling trip. It was excellent,easy to pitch with one external pole (to the tent, but inside the flysheet. It is light weight, small packed-up, large enough for me (6ft), with 4 paniers and a rucksack down each side of the sleeping bag, and room to spare nr the door and head end and reliably waterproof. The inner tent has a good groundsheet with 5 or 6 inch walls, but above this level it is completely mesh material, though fly and condensation proof, it can be a bit drafty as the flysheet is only just big enough, and there is a knack to pitching the inner so the outer isn't over stretched leaving a gap between the ground and flysheet edges where the wind can get inside.Overall though I got good nights sleep in it and enjoyed using it everyday for 5 nights, during which I had some very heavy rain on 2 nights and kept nice and dry on both of them.

I made a bicycle tour from west UK up to Sweden this summer (2017) using this tent a handful of times. It is very easy and fast to set up and take down, robust in material, stable construction and a few practical details that you can expect. The colour made it possible to wild camp when I had to. One of the best things is the inner height. It is very generous for this size of tent! You can sit up easily which is a very good feature if you plan to use the tent more then just one or two days. I'd say it's a spacious, one man tent but in case of emergency or if you make a workaround (especially with the bags) you can fit two adult persons (not too tall ones though). But I do not recommend it, It'll be a bit crowded. I slept in the middle (I'm 187cm and I still got some space left) and had the bags on the sides (there is no other place to put them). If you don't have any specific requirements I think this is a perfect tent for at least three seasons and not extreme conditions. Next time I go to the mountains (most likely the Swedish or Norwegians in the summer or autumn) I bring this one.

Have used it for 4 nights to date. Has comfortable space for 1 person with Bag/Trainers (as there's no Porch), quality is good, is easy to set-up, appearance is good, performance perfectly, is small enough to fit in a Back Pack and is perfect for a solo trip. Can get significant price percentage reductions if you shop around.

Used this tent for motorcycle touring. It packs relatively small, can be put up very quickly (faster than any of my mates) and is not too heavy. Can't really fault the tent for what it is. It's never had an issue with rain, if any water got in it was just a few drops but generally if it's put up correctly it will be dry inside. Size wise, yes obviously it's small but it has more than enough room for one person plus gear. I used it with a friend once as well but in that case there's really only space for the people, no equipment and it will be cosy.

Nice Tent! BUT IT WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF IT INCLUDED THE TENT PEGS!!! Checked the packaging but all I received was the tent...

Great tent at an exceptional cost... well... I bought it for £18.87 at the time. I set up the tent during torrential downpour (which was horrible) but afterwards it kept everything inside as dry as a peanut butter cracker.What I love as well is how easy it is to set up. The thing takes no longer than ten minutes and it looks great as well.It says it's a two-man tent, but I think it's only a one man tent. I mean you can fit two at a squeeze, but I like my space, so get your own tent.

As an addition to my first review, I have used the tent on multiple overnight hiking trips and so far it has been a great tent. Withstood some pretty wet nights without leaking and no faults or broken parts. Easy to pack and I will be using again in the coming spring. Highly recommended.To date, only tried it overnight in the garden. Easy to put up and appears well made and good quality. Very light and good for backpacking which is how I intend to use the tent. Although advertised as a two-man, it would be better used as a one-man tent with good enough space for boots and backpack inside the tent.

Used this plenty of times great for summer use,but really Wouldn't recommend for winter,easy to construct and spacious.
