Needed this item due to medical identification. Received in a timely manner, the adequate printing, the smoothness of the metal and price was very affordable. The product is still working and in good condition. A true professional job well done by this company. Will order again, if needed.

Medallion print is clear and precise. Athough the chain seemed very thin.

I liked the quality of this tag so much that after a new medical condition I ordered a new tag. Some say it's too heavy but I like the feel of it, I know it's there, it's not flimsy. The chain isn't great and I replaced it with traditional ball, dog tag tag type of chain. Most important is the engraving quality. I found a larger tag from another company and ordered it but in several months the light engraving with black letters was fading. Thee first tag never lost any of the black in the engraved letters and over a year later is still easy to read. Would order a third one of these if my health changes.

The pendant is nice and lettering is great! The chain clasp only lasted a week before it broke. 😢 I am guessing the chain clasp was defective since it did not last very long. The clasp and ring are small so if you have big fingers, it will be hard to put this chain on. I recommend a better chain and connectors to be bigger.Note: I purchased a military style dog-tag chain and it works great with this item, as it’s easy on and off over the head.

I needed a replacement ID tag and this one is very nice. Had enough room to fit all of my issues which is rare. Sturdy. Chain is slightly shorter than expected but still long enough.

Solid built chain, easy to order

The media could not be loaded.  The engraved tag is good, that’s the reason for 3 stars. This is a reorder of a product I ordered in 2021. So I thought I’d get the same thing. After all it was from the same company. Didn’t get the same chain. As you can see from the photo it was broken twice and repaired. This chain is half as long as the last one I had and half as thick. I also carry a vial of nitro tablets. On it so I think this is to flimsy. The chain I got will probably go around my neck but due to arthritis it is almost impossible to put on. They need to send me a new chain
