Ok I waited to review these in order to give my sef time to see if they were effective. I took them for about 3 weeks took a week break and then started them back up. I have PCOS and insulin resistance here's my take. The very first 3 days I was tired, like couldnt keep my eyes open. I thought I was coming down with something. I had no appetite and ended up losing 6 pounds. the 4th through 8 day I had the WORST insomnia. I was forcing myself to sleep at 4/5 am and then my body was waking itself up an hour later. It was insane. I had very high energy still, a little bit of nausea, and still wasnt really hungry although I made myself eat in the afternoon. I lost 3 more pounds over those 4 days. Day 9 and 10 it balanced out a bit more and I was back to my regular sleep cycle but at that point my digestion switched up on me. Im usually very constipated and go only like once every 2 or 3 weeks. Yes I know its insane but this...THIS AMAZING, TASTY, FRUITY LIL THANG IN THIS BOTTLE! absolutely life changing OKAY! yall from day 9 until day 21 I was regular! not in a run to thr bathroom type of way but just normal and with ease. At this point I was a little more hungry but I also added in 10k steps and some wall pilates. YALL MY STARTING WEIGHT WAS 254 I DROPPED TO 230. This is beyond effective its an affordable way to tackle all my issues without having to be on metformin or take any GLP-1. The ingredients are natural and Id rather take this than anything else. After 5 months of consistent use and changing my diet I am finally losing weight. 5 lbs so far. It take awhile to work, but I feel great. My goals is 10 lbs. half way there

Both cholesterol and sugar levels were very bad. I went for blood work 6 months later. My cholesterol was down 95 points and I dropped From 5.7 to 5. What can I say . I wasn’t on any pharmaceuticals just Berberine

I think they forgot to put the active ingredients in. I switched product to get a new flavor but I’m throwing this away and switching back to my pineapple flavored Berberine , sold by a different company. At least that one help maintain my weight. This one is ineffective for me. Disappointed. Can’t pig out like I did with my previous brand.
