I had 2 attempts at courses of Turmeric capsules, several months apart. I do find that some herbal treatments work for me (sage for hot flushes for example) but Turmeric has never made any difference to my joint pain.It must work with some people as my Pain Clinic recommends it, so try it and see if it works for you. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
