This dress for the price is great! It’s pretty and feels heavy. The fabrics all feel of good quality. Photo is with 2 pieces underneath. Tulle Petticoat Crinoline Underskirt for Women Under Dress Long Ball Gown 6 Hoops Skirt AND 8 Layers Tulle Hoopless Petticoat Crinoline Underskirt. In order to get the ball gown lift you want your petticoat needs to be higher in the waistline and Velcro fastener is better. So far these are the best I’ve found. We got size 4 and we could have size down to a 2. She’s 4’10 115lbs. The size 4 the back was tied ALL the way.

You will not be disappointed with this dress, specially for the price. Great quality. Unbelievable that it is so inexpensive. In the pictures attached, I added a strapless tub top because we did not want the sheer fabric in the stomach area and a hoop skirt for volume. You will not be disappointed
