Quality, Color and Packaging. You will Like!
I love it when you can see the quality before you even open the package! I purchased for baking special desserts. Simply put, the sheet color and packaging tell me this gelatin will be perfect for my banana cream pie and I’m sure the taste will follow. I will update my review after using.

Use this gelatin for sweet and savory
These gelatin sheets are very useful for savory sauces as well as other foods. I soak about 4 in cold water, wring them out and then add them to braising liquids or tomato sauces for a very velvety result. Very happy with them.

Pie, Pie, Pie
Easy to cut what you need. It dissolves pretty good in water. I used this product to make pies. I thought it would have helped thicken my product a little more once it had a chance to set. I'm not sure why...

Flavorless!
Easy to use, no taste so it can be used in very delicate tasting ingredients with confidence! I have bought these before and when I need gelatin again this will be my choice. ( I guess the animal product gelatin I have in my cupboard will be used for non food things! )

Sheet gelatin
This has worked out so well for us when we make mirror glaze! Will be reordering! I wish it could be found locally in the stores because many European recipes call for it. You can use knox gelatin but I can't seem to get it right.

Quality
Bought the gelatin leaves for making Panna Cotta dessert and it worked real good. It completely dissolves quickly in warm liquid. Well packaged, a little expensive though but a good quality product.

Fine but...
I wanted to try sheet gel vs powdered gel in pana cotta because i've read that sheets make for a more clear finished product. In that respect, I didnt notice any difference. To make a standard pana cotta with a 2 cup liquid base (such as cream), you will need to use 4 to 5 sheets if you want to un-mold the finished product. So this would be enough to make about 4 pana cottas. And that makes it a lot more expensive than the powdered gels. So I tried it but wont be sticking with it.

Worth money
It is very nice for making puddings. Each piece weighs 2 grams, and they are no strong flavors at all. The color is transparent and light yellow, and the sellers are very hard-working and hospitality.
