This product has got to be one of my favorite supplements in my daily workout regimen. I simply mix a scoop in with my pre workout or Bcaas and I swear I can workout for hours on end with the amount of energy it provides my muscles. It takes away (or simply counteracts) the lactic acid that develop in the muscles as you progress during the workout and it is quite remarkable. Since it has no flavor I simply mix it with something as I mentioned above which is just fine with me. Highly recommend this for anyone trying to extend your workouts!

I switched to this brand because of getting a bad batch previously from another online retailer. It mixes well and is unflovered, its not to thick and can be mixed with other supplements. I take 10G mixed with my protein and creatine after workouts for recovery. I have notice less muscle aches and better recovery the next day vs. not taking it or other branded L-glutamine. I also have notice better digestive health and i feel like I am getting better nutrient up take out of my food than I was a year or so ago. I feel like it has balanced my digestion and calmed upset stomach and gas that you get taking supplements from time to time.

Found this when I ran out of my regular, more expensive l-glutamine powder. I’ve used other JF supplements and have always had positive results so figured why not save a few bucks. Several months in, I don’t notice any difference in recovery or strength gains, and that’s a good thing because it proves this product is just as effective as the more expensive one I was using. I mix it into my post workout protein shake so it’s tasteless as far as I can tell. Mixes well with no noticeable clumping or leftover powder at the bottom of the bottle.I took one star off due to the scoop that comes with it. Need to include one with a longer handle!!! I don’t have big hands, but it is definitely a pain in the butt trying to scoop out once you start getting to the bottom of the container. (This is specific to the 100 serving container)

Having determined I need to supplement with L-Glutamine, I originally bought pills. The pills did absolutely nothing for me. I did further research and realized a MUCH higher dose was needed and the only way to get that is in powder form. I was very reluctant to buy anything I had to drink but to my pleasant surprise, this is so easy and wonderful. Twice a day I mix the small scoop into my mushroom coffee and it blends in seconds seamlessly and tastes like nothing except maybe an ever so very slightly addition of sweet creaminess, but if you didn't know it was there, you'd never detect it. Now I am getting all I need and couldn't be happier. Oh and it's vegan fermented.... Can we just all agree that fermented everything is great?

I've been taking l-glutamine for years. It stops my muscle spasms, & helps with soreness after working out (or my 6 mile walks). This is the first time I've tried the "fermented" l-glutamine. WOW! To say this works better is an understatement!!! Where I would have to take 2-3 doses before (of regular l-glutamine), I only ever need 1 of this...& it's better than the 2-3 ever were!!! I can't get over how well this works! And just to make it even greater (is that possible?!!)...this canister lasts me 2 whole months! Will never use any other l-glutamine ever again. This is a winner!
