Only been taking then for 10 days (so as yet cannot comment on long term effectiveness) and started on alternate days(as a precaution due to stomach issues) and can report no problems or gastric upset at all. As other reviewers have said, yes the tablets are large, but broken in half are swallowed easily enough and they don’t have a horrid taste if you don’t manage to get them down first time. For the record I’ve not experienced issues swallowing them but I always do a taste test.As with all products from Nu U Nutrition you can be confident you are getting a quality product and they are always good value for money. Their customer services are excellent & the team friendly and helpful. I accidentally came across this company due to a delivery error by amazon a few years ago, but I’m so glad I did as their products have made a positive impact on my health and it’s not just anecdotal evidence, I have blood test results to prove it.

The pills are quality and extreme value for money. I’ve tried multiple brands but this is a better taste and less than a third of the price of others.The pills are big (as with all L’arginie) so if you have problems swallowing a large pill just expect to cut them in half. Don’t moan about the pills being big. It’s like moaning a car has 4 wheels.Excellent and I would order this on repeat for the time I see myself taking them.

It's quality and from a good brand, the effects do feel noticable if you take it daily.However the pill is freaking huge, I'm a good pill swallower, a weird talent to have, and i struggle with it, only about 50% of the time can i swallow it. Luckily its not very hard so you can just chew it and swallow it. It does taste bad, but not the worst, you can tolerate it, so now i tend to just bite down and quickly swallow the crushed parts with water.

I’ve been training for the last 35 yrs so definitely a good candidate to review this product, the plus for me is that the tablets are cleated so easily digestagle although large you will either need to break in half if not swallow whole. They have definitely given me a boost in the gym usually taking 2 tablets before training 2000mg and a boost in the bedroom. Excellent value for money and I give it the thumbs up with 5 stars.

So I just got back from playing 6 a-side football like I do every Friday night. Tonight however I popped one of these babies an hour before I played and the difference to my energy level was incredible. I was running around like a man possessed. While my cardio condition was already pretty good as I jog 8K 3 times a week I still usually get out of breath when I play football as it involves a lot of sharp bursts of sprinting. When that happens I just go in defense for a few minutes and get my breath back before I'm off again. Tonight however I was pretty much just running up and down the pitch non-stop the whole time. I couldn't believe what was happening nor could anyone else. I felt like some kind of Marvel superhero. I wasn't getting out of breath or tired at all. It felt amazing. As someone who has played football every week for the past 5 months without taking L-Arginine, the difference in tonight's game was drastic. So I can confidently say that this product is the real deal.

When I read the numerous reviews about how big this tablet is, I thought it wouldn’t be an issue for me as I’m good at taking tablets. I was wrong, this tablet is huge, the surface and shape make it extremely difficult to take. I tried breaking it in half but I still choked on it and I tried quarters, still very difficult. I ended up crushing it and drinking it down, it tastes revolting.On the plus side it’s vegan and has a good amount of l-arginine in it.If this company can make the tablets smaller it will be a lot easier to take.

Very good value for money; a years supply of high quality tablets.I have been taking two tablets a day (one in the morning, one in the evening), for the past nine days and already have noticed improvements in my overall fitness- especially lower blood pressure and reduced fatigue when exercising e.g. walking.I will definitely continue to consume Nu U L-Arginine on a daily basis for the foreseeable future, re-ordering when necessary.

I have taken L arginine for 17 years after a heart attack, and my recent health review was glowing! I have found this particular product to be stronger than other brands and therefore more effective. This product is in tablet form and is larger that some other capsules, but I don't find that a problem at all.
