This is an excellent soap dispenser and a bit of a talking point! It works flawlessly and looks classy. It’s not cheap but no more than other top brand bathroom soap dispensers. Easily charged with the supplied USB cable and apparently works for 3 months before recharging. I also bought the matching holder which is also excellent. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought one of these, had it replaced under warranty, the replacement has now failed and it’s out of warranty, I would avoid this product, not worth it.

A brilliant bit of kit, and rechargeable. Works well and is rather posh 👍

I had the previous version for 10 years so when it gave up, I decided to opt for the same again. It has been updated in some ways. It looks sleeker possibly, although with its brushed steel finish, it looks expensive and sturdy. The cap comes off this one for easier refilling, but you don’t see the level of soap inside, as you did with the previous one. To regulate the dispenser, you place your hand up close to the spout for a small amount of soap and lower hand down for larger amounts. In the previous one, it was easier to select small amounts of soap as there was a minus/positive button to reduce/increase amounts. This one could be more extravagant with the soap dispensing, but nevertheless does the job well. Just hope it lasts as long as the previous soap dispenser and it will be worth the money.

Really like this, so much that I bought a second one for my son. Unfortunately now that we have to recharge NEITHER of us can find a charging cable or funnel in the box. Mmmm. Methinks it was never in there. Check box carefully on receipt or you’ll have to spend £18 more on a charger. Disappointing

This product works flawlessly and is undoubtedly of high quality. The magnetic charger is a great feature, and I believe all rechargeable appliances should have one. However, the charging port contacts are exposed, which raises concerns about how it will withstand moisture over time. To date, I have only used the genuine Simple Human hand soap with it.

This is a replacement for the prior version of this product in our household. We actually went through two instances of the prior version, as the first one delivered by Amazon functioned for only about one month before it wouldn't take a charge and remain on reliably. Amazon replaced the product, and the replacement unit served us pretty reliably for almost exactly a year. One might like a product at this price to last longer than that, but see below. This version is superior in a number of ways: 1. The soap reservoir is completely open. When you remove the top/lid on this one, you have an unrestricted cylinder to fill with soap, which makes eyeballing quantity left and refilling very easy. The prior version had a "throat" just under the top/lid that made it practically impossible to see how much soap was left and also more cumbersome to refill. 2. The power button is a small, sliding toggle switch. Its size makes it a little difficult to turn off and on, but that's actually a good thing. The power button on the former version was a soft-touch press style, which resulted in inadvertent powering down when simply moving the unit. 3. The charging connector is simpler. The functionality of this dispenser is very good. We never have any problems with clogging (we use Dawn dish soap), and the variable dispense function based on hand/sponge proximity is a welcome touch. The charge lasts several weeks. Is the price kind of high for what it does? Sure, but this is one of those small quality of life items that you'll probably use a dozen times per day. I hope this one lasts at least a year; if it does, I'll by another one (assuming SH still produces the model).
