Chesterfield EX000006 Executive Leather Chair with Arms - Green

I've been looking for a classy, "leather", Chesterfield style chair to complete my office/den and this is doing a great job.It is certainly value for money and looks more expensive than it costs.The building was easy (but see below). However it is a substantial piece of furniture so build it in the room where it will reside as moving it around is difficult as it is nicely heavy-as my delivery driver will confirm.Easy to adjust height etc and very comfortable. The padded arms are great for leaning on whilst gazing out of the window too.......Somehow, I managed to attach the arms the wrong way (totally my fault). By the time I'd noticed, I'd inserted the screw covers-and tapped them in to complete the job! This meant that I couldn't get them out to unscrew the arms without destroying the caps. So I decided to do just that and phoned the manufacturers (Dynamic) who very kindly provided 4 new caps the next day-free of charge. Great customer serviceRecommended

The screws on the backplates do not go back in easily once removed. Almost like the threads were damaged removing them - possibly inserted with a power tool. Have 2 screws half out now. Hoping it holds. There was a delay on delivery so decided to risk it.. a bit disappointing considering the cost. Plus the box was ripped on arrival.Love the chair though!

Extremely disappointed! I thought I was buying leather executive office chair as advertised, but instead I got bonded leader which is plastic coated peaces of throwaway peaces of leather. If I wanted plastic chair I will not have spent this amount of money. With a bit of luck might last three years, but stains and tears and needs to be cleaned every week. What a waste of money. Don't buy it!

One of the arms didn't screw in correctly when i assembled it but thought nothing too much about that .. .sadly in less than a year the gas strut has stopped holding gas and now i need to spend more money on a replacement - I though Chesterfield meant Quality

This is a terrible chair, very uncomfortable and wearing after less than a year. Awful

Arrived with missing parts and despite promise to mail these I have yet to receive them. Have initiated a return.
