Q: Is this a cloth with no castor oil in it? Do you need to buy the oil separately?

Yes you need to buy the oil separately. It is only the cloth.

Q: I want to use it over the liver area to detox. is this the right product.? can it be be reused.? do i put hot water bottle over it?

I use it to detox over tum area, also soles of feet. The cloth of course washes & can be re-used. I also take 2 teaspoons of organic cold pressed castor oil mixed in a juice once every 2/3 weeks. Don't plan a trip the next day as it works as an aperient! Milk Thistle taken daily in tablet form is great for liver support. You can purchase all of the above on Amazon. Start your day (first drink of the day) with 2 teaspoons of organic cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water, you can add a little clear honey if you find it difficult to swallow. Swap sugar for honey...p.s. don't keep the tummy pack on for more than an hour twice per week for 4 weeks is enough...you'll know when to do action replay your body will let you know. I do hope I've been of help, keep well.
