We had previously used a 'Drinkwell' fountain, for our now aging kitty - this one worked flawlessly for years, but was constructed from plastic and I used to hate cleaning it, because it was always slimy, when cleaning it up, even using filtered water and swapping/refilling the water supply regularly and pulling it apart to clean it regularly. We really like the simplicity of set up, use and overall operation of this steel fountain. Our cat really seems to enjoy it, as we had left his old fountain up, at first, for a few days, while showcasing the new one, ...just in case he didn't like this 'new' thing. No problem. He absolutely preferred this metal one, without hesitation. We would recommend getting the extra filter package included and springing for the extra few dollars to have them included with your new fountain, before having to purchase additional replacement filters separately, for future use. The view window for water level and blue light illumination are nice. USB cable to power the pump with wall plug is included here. Super easy set up and works, as expected and advertised, right out of the box. Pump is quiet and runs smoothly. Longevity of the pump is yet to be determined, so cannot make any comments in regard to this here, at this time. Some splashing seems to occur, so a water mat or waterproof feeding mat is recommended, especially if planning to use this item on wood floors, carpet or other flooring that may suffer water damage, though this would be minor, unless your feline is a notorious messy eater or likes making a mess with the water, for whatever reason.

Very quite pump and circulates a good volume of water. Very easy to clean and maintain. Since it is covered, there is very little evaporation so I am able to see how much my cat is drinking on a daily basis. The lighted view window makes it easy to check the water level. It does require a filter and a screen that the manufacturer suggest to be replace every 3 to 4 weeks. I was able to recieve 20 free filters and from the manufacturer by emailing and supplying my order number.

My cat loves water flowing from shower and I thought this might alleviate the need for me to constantly turn on the shower for her. It seems to help! Easy to set up, fill every week, quiet, like the stainless steel. Size is perfect for one cat. Considering buying another for bathroom!

Works great but I’m not a fan of the power wire for the pump being permanently attached so when I wash the pump I need to be cautious of the usb getting wet. Also I’m not a fan of the tube connecting the pump to the faucet because it’s very hard to take off and clean.Other than that this water fountain is very quiet, doesn’t leak, has a great look, is very durable with great water flow and my cat loves it.

This cat water bowl is very durable and functional. It is made out of stainless steel, so the bacteria doesn't build up like it does in the plastic bowls. It is easy to clean and designed well so the water run freely. It is very quiet. A great value for the money.

Nice and quiet like my other water fountain. I am in love with having stainless steel. So easy to clean and looks so much better around the house than plastic. Easy to put together. I was done in 3 min. Took longer to rince it all before use than putting it together.

I’m singing with the choir here, but there’s something magical about this seemingly simple little fountain. I’ve had many of these, but my older cat who I haven’t seen drinking in days, was drinking as soon as I plugged it in! It may not look different to us. It’s a very simple design. But to a kitty brain, it must signal perfect size, perfect water flow, perfect gentle sound because it invited my cats to drink immediately. Like catnip, they couldn’t resist. A complete charger plug unit, extra filters comes included. I appreciate that!

I’m very pleased with this product. It meets every requirement as advertised. This is the first of three other fountains I’ve purchased in the past that is so quiet, keeps the water clear and my cat really loves it more than the former ones.Also, I love that the water level is backlight by the blue filter making it easy to check the water level, plus it looks so cool and contemporary. I would definitely feel confident in recommending it for purchase..
