This is a pain to put together by yourself I suggest having someone to help, mainly cause of the size. It's huge, took almost all day but I have to say it's really nice, well worth it

I purchased this in 2019. Even when it was brand new, and everything was as tight as you could get it it was very shaky and wobbly. And if you tighten the bolts too much, the metal would just squeeze in because it was so thin. After second year, we would tell people you can sit on it, but don’t swing on it because we were afraid it would collapse. After only 3 years, we finally took it to the dump. It very rusted and several cracks in the super super thin metal. Nice to look at but not very usable. It’s sad because my wife loved looking at it by the pool.

This swing did not last quite 2 years. We bought it July 9th, 2022 for 706 dollars, a lot more than they are charging now and received it in August 2022. As of May 2024, it is not safe to use. After multiple issues getting correct or replacement parts in the very beginning of this purchase in August 2022, Through the 1st year the screws have pulled out from the columns which my husband has had to "band aid". Now the metal sides that keep the swing stable have cracked and decayed in unison. I called for replacement parts for these sides 5/2024, of which we would pay for, but they said they do not carry them. A swing you pay that price for should last more than 20 months or at least be fixed with parts when you need them. I would NOT recommend this product; it does not last.

for 400 and change dollars, was specting something that would feel strong, these is not, but once put together looks fineits is not sturdy at all it makes noices when you are in it, instructions are just terrible, I like buildings things so it was not hard for me, you should have a buddy to help you out, at least until you build the four post frame.water would get in so dont think you would be there while rainingthe front side and back side of the top collect a bunch of water so you has to deal with that.in short for the money you spend you be better off building one yourself just go to the local hardware storethese product is ok but remember everything is metal and not solid which means it would rust very fastI dont trust it to sit two people there, those screws that are used to hold the chair just dont look right to me; the whole thing just feels very cheap

Let me just say that I wish more companies were like this. When I got my swing I was so excited. I’ve been holding off for 10+ years to find the perfect swing. So when I saw this one it was perfect. I had minor issues and contacted the company. They were quick to respond. And I mean quick! They were unbelievably professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. The swing is very beautiful and it looks amazing.

My swing arrived in 2 days, considerably sooner than promised. There was one damaged part and one defective part. I contacted Aosom, and shortly thereafter the new parts arrived. The assembly instructions were quite poor and then I misplaced them. I left the seller feedback requesting the assembly instructions and received an email with a link to some that were a bit better. It wasn’t difficult to figure out, however. I assembled it myself, although it would have been easier if I had help. It is a very nice swing and I am now a very happy swinger.

For the amount of money spent on this it is very cheap and wobbly. My girlfriend and I are under 300lbs combined and this swing wobbles when barely swinging. I went over every bolt and made sure everything was tight but nothing helped. Its looks nice but nice doesn't matter if you cant use it for its intended use.
