iHome Alarm Clock with Wireless Charging, Bluetooth Speaker, and USB Charger, Digital Clock for Bedroom, Office, or Dorm (IBTW23B8)

I originally purchased a different clock/radio but that model did not have a dimming function and i had to return it because it was way to bright. This iHome iBTW23 is the perfect little bedside clock. It does everything its supposed to do and it does it very well. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use no BS bedside clock/radio.Update 04/15/20- The clock stopped working after a little over a year. None of the controls on the top work and I am unable to set time. I tried unplugging remove battery etc etc to no avail. Hopefully it’s covered under warranty.. I will change the star rating if it does not get repaired..

Exactly what we wanted and works great.

Would not recommend. I bought this back in August and about a few weeks ago, my clock kept changing the time and it was off an hour. It would eventually change the time to be correct again but for a while it would either be ahead an hour or behind on hour. The wireless charging pad is not fast and it takes a long time to charge the phone using that. The only way my phone charges fast is if I put a wire in and charge my phone with the chord. The bluetooth is okay. The sound doesn't get very loud but for a bedroom, I think she sound is okay. I have trouble with the screens sometimes and I can't turn the bluetooth off. I am going to try and reach out to customer service and see what they can do for meI never write reviews but I don't want anyone wasting there money.

The charger stopped working within the year. Sometimes the Bluetooth works. Most of the time not. The clock isn't consistent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS.The second star is because it tells time. This clock, I am sure, has features other than being able to recharge my phone. Unfortunately, there is no way to know what it can do, as it doesn't come with any kind of manual. So your guess is as good as mine. I have moved it from office to LR, to BR, looking for a place to put it as a charger, more than a clock. It's Bluetooth capable but connects to (?) Well again, your guess is as good as mine. It connected to my phone once. I know this because the phone rang through the clock. That was once. It has since disconnected and not connected to anything again. I think it might play music if connected to a device, like a phone, but haven't been able to get that to happen either. It would be nice if it connected to iGoogle or Alexa via Bluetooth, so if either was playing music, it would come through the speakers in another room. All in all, unless you can reverse-engineer this item to figure out how it works, I wouldn't recommend it.

The button layout sucks. It is very difficult for me to transition from my old iHome smart alarm clock to this one because the button layout is completely different. I got two, one for me and one for my spouse. We both have wireless charging phones, and both phones take considerably longer to charge wirelessly when compared to a wireless fast charger. Aside from that, sound quality is good enough for a bedside speaker and the convenience of wireless charging while sleeping makes up for the slow charging time. But there is no getting around the tiny buttons

All of this clock’s dozens of features seem to work perfectly, including the wireless charger. It easily and quickly charges both our iPhones to 100%.I nearly returned it twice because I thought the alarm features didn’t work - but I was wrong. Turned out the programming is so complex that I was not doing it correctly.This thing has one switch and 13 buttons, with most of the buttons triggering a series of menus depending on how long you hold the button down. It is definitely the most complicated alarm clock I’ve ever seen, with a pretty blue / white display with 7 brightness settings plus off, various indicator lights, perpetual calendar, 2 alarms with adjustable volume and choice of several alarm tones, Bluetooth music speaker system, voice commands,etc. Unbelievable!If you want features, buy this unit! But you may find that you need a second much simpler alarm clock to avoid oversleeping because you messed up the programming.

Had this for a few weeks to see how it works. Setup was easy. I have a galaxy s9 with a spigen clear case and the wireless charging dock works great. I also have a fitbit and I use the usb charging part and that works great too. Plus I like the option on how you can control the brightness.
