This zinc picolinate is rated high and we feel it's a very high quality zinc.

Been taking zinc picolinate for more than a year but my first time with the Country Life brand. Are all brands the same? I certainly don't know but I do like that these tablets are 25mg and are in a glass container and not plastic so I'll continue with them...plus the price is right.

It is what it is. But I found out after the fact, that Zinc can deplete the body of other minerals, copper specifically can be a concern. The new Zinc I'm taking (25mg) also has some copper in it (2mg) to help counteract this affect.

I used to get 50s and cut them in half, but this 25 is perfect. It's not too big and is easy to swallow. I can't speak to the absorbency, as I have no way to gauge that, but I like these and will buy again.

It didn't upset my stomach.Plus it's helping my prostate and my wife told me it's not upsetting her stomach

Excellent supplement, small dosage and easy to swallow.

These are great and work.. however unless you have a deficiency problem, you don’t really need them. Magnesium and zinc are a popularized supplement and I’ve found that if I take both of them I am made docile, and my libido takes a strike as well. Also makes me feel mentally offbeat. I’d recommend these if and only if you have a health problem that requires them, or if you have a deficiency.
