My husband and I stated taking Shilajit about 3 momths ago. Weve tried a few different brands.This particular brand has its pros and cons. I will list each bellow.Pros:- Increase in Energy- Increase in Mentality Clarification- Increased Power sustainability. (Lifting heavy objects are not nearly as tough as it used to be)-Inflimation decreased. (I suffer from Bursitis in my hips and this is my GO TO when it flares up! )- Overall Clarity Improved.Cons:- Tastes how Burnt plastic smells.- If you can get past the taste, swallowing such an awful taste is rough!- Coating it in sugar doesnt help! (Yes they are pre coated with sugar when you open the individulaized wraps)- I have never had such a full bladder upon waking up until we started taking these. Upon further investigating found the Humic acid tend to act as a water retention, explains the painful mornings until i can go relieve myself.Overall its a decent product, however you can absolutely do without the water retention and you can absolutely make a new IMPROVED flavor that doesnt consist of BURNT PLASTIC.If those were fixed, id be buying monthly. However due to alot of "fake" reviews, its hard to honestly decifer from.We will finish the ones we purchased, however im not too sure ill purchase these specific ones again. Based off of taste alone.
