Absolutely awful kit to build, been building models for over 30 years and the heavy gunner model with canon is one of the worst most fiddly models I have ever trued to build. I would advise looking at alternate options

The product itself was unharmed, but the it was certainly disappointing as the boxes are artfully designed and would have been nice to display alongside the product.

- In case you're wondering: you have a lot of spare details inside, including closed helmets for all the figures (you don't have to use the "open face" heads at all in case you don't like the offered faces). Variety of weapons for customization is included as well. - Package arrived fast - Box slightly damaged, but the thin cardboard boxes is more of a question to Games Workshop in general (with their price policy they can do a better job, I'm just sayin')
