Lightweight, not rugged
I bought the 3.5mm mat. It's comfortable to use, and comes with a convenient carry bag. However I don't think it's going to last very well. I've only used it twice, and already a bit of the surface has scraped away where I accidentally dragged a trainer-clad foot over it. I use it for general workout, rather than yoga - I suspect it would be fine for its advertised purpose, and just isn't intended to cope with shoes.

Nice non-slip mat
I have looked around for a reasonably priced good yoga mat and I have found it. It’s quite thin, but I wanted it thin as I have used a thick mat previously and I didn’t like it. If you are looking for a thick, large mat, this is not it. But if like me you need a compact, thin, non-slip mat, that’s a good option.I’m using it every day for yoga and I’m satisfied.

Great yoga mat for a cheap budget.
Yoga MatProduct Quality:This products quality feels about right, nothing too special but I’d suggest it to my friends if they wanted recommendations for a yoga mat.Expectations:I did expect the mat to be a little thicker and able to withstand a little more pressure but it’s at level a deal breaker. I think this however is what I’m using it for and not the level of quality. I am using it for push ups and I do not think it’s designed for that. It does what it does fairly well and I’d recommend it to a friend starting out.Value:Average value for money, no issues so far in product quality.Personal Opinion:I like it enough to keep using it but once I get enough money, I will probably look into something more suited for my type of exercise.Faults or defects:None.

Very very thin no good as a sit-up mat
Ok so I probably should have read the listing more closely I ordered the 3mm by accident this turned out to be useless as an exercise mat as it provided absolutely no comfort between my back and the floor, even when I doubled it up to make it 6mm it was still of no use.

Cheaply made and falling apart.
Cheap. Very thin - which can be a pro or a con - After a month of daily use all the texture has started to rub off and large chunks of the mat are coming away, have washed it gently with warm water and a soft cloth, no chemicals. rubber material flaking away. Avoid if you're looking for something to last longer than 30 yoga sessions.

Good quality yoga mat
Good quality yoga mat for the price, just don't expect to receive the colour you wanted. Ordered dark green on two occasions and got sent purple both times, refunded both times and given yoga mat for free of charge as gesture of goodwill

At last a mat that works!
Fantastic functionality - great look too. More of a grey than green which was welcome and it is duper for yoga. It stays in place and doesn’t roll back on itself and is just the right amount of cushioning for a hard floor. It did not stretch in down-dog which is what I liked the best and is really grippy too.Strange odour which I am hoping will disappear soon!

I'm not an expert on mat, but this one I think it's very good. I'm using to do my online yoga exercises and it works very well. It's soft, does not move. It's perfect for me. The bag is also a plus. I'm very happy with my purchase
