Adams Christmas 1450-99-1040 Brick Clip, 2-Pack: They're called brick clips because that's exactly what they do.
I was really excited to move in a little studio with exposed brick, but since I can't alter any of the walls, I wasn't sure how to use the brick side of the house for pictures. The Brick clips come in two sizes, so make sure you measure the bricks you need to hang stuff on before you order. These one's work from 2, 1/8"-2,1/2" and it does the job for me. I've got a picture that's maybe 5-6 lbs that hangs on two, and even in LA, I'm pretty confident the clips won't get pulled or shake from the wall. It advertises itself as being for Christmas, and hanging a stocking is definitely easier than putting up a picture. Make sure you have picture wire and all the hanging hardware you need if you're gonna use it on a poster or frame. My biggest challenge was adapting the frame for the clip. I opted for picture wire, fyi.http://brickclip.com/

Work great! Make sure you have the right size bricks and your mortar isn't flush
These work really well! I've had some decently heavy pictures hanging on them for a year now. Just keep in mind that you have to have some inset on the mortar for the clip to cling to (some of my walls the mortar is flush with the brick so you can't use these). I'd also suggest measuring your bricks to make sure it will fit. It takes a little bit of a hassle / effort to get it attached, but once it's on, it's on! Be sure you figure out exactly where you want it, because having to move it is a pain.

Ok for hanging frames on brick - no so good for other items
Its made of spring steel so connects to bricks with pressure well enough, but the hooks themselves are so small that only a wired frame will adapt. I had a light clock to hang, but could not get the hook to work. I broke one trying to bend the tab the make more room, but the spring steel snapped. In the end I put a piece of heavy wire through the hook and connected my wire to the clock to mount it.For mounting pictures i don't think it will work unless you use a wired frame, the standard mounting clip won't work.

Works great to hang an Arlo security camera!
Was searching for a better, easier way to hang our Arlo camera outside. I came across this product and it works great I attached the magnetic wall mount to the brick clip hook, attached it to the brick, and then positioned the camera to the magnet. It is so much easier than attaching the camera under our sofit. No holes drilled.

Holy moley, these are strong!
We have a wire folding hearth grate that kept getting knocked over by the dogs, so we bought a pair of brick clips to attach the grate flush to the fireplace opening that is solid brick. These clips are tricky to install without a flathead screwdriver, but once they are on, you won't yank them off without some serious effort.I threaded a twist-tie through the mesh of the hearth-grate and looped it around the central hook behind the grate, snugging the grate flush to the brick opening. The grate hasn't so much as jiggled in 3 weeks, despite the dogs pawing it in their sleep. Perfect!

Work for the Most Part
They've fallen down a few times, but that's more an issue of our brick and mortar not being right for this. But they're mostly holding up.

Great invention
Easy to use. I used them to hang Christmas stockings under the fireplace mantel vs putting hooks in the underside of the mantel. I also used one to hang the wreath on the bricks above the mantel. Look at the size on the package and then look at size of your brick as these fit between the bricks. I don't have exterior brick on my home so don't know about using them there... I would imagine they would work on any brick if size is right. I don't see why you couldn't use them to hang a picture on brick.

Adams Brick Clip
The item(s) arrived promptly of the promised delivery rate. I have used the Brick Clips before to hang anything on any brick wall of our house, all year round. There are several kinds in the market, and some are cheaper, smaller, and light duty. I like the Adams Brick Clip the best so far, because it is sturdy and adjusts easily to the size of the brick. The only problem is Adam's Brick Clips is a seasonal item and only available around the Christmas time, and kind of expensive.. It is almost impossible to find them all year round.
