What do you do with this?!

I have to be honest, we weren't too sure what this actually was when it turned up. It is not a towel material, and we can't work out what to actually do with it (and my partner is a pro golfer) what is the mesh pouch for?It is a good little item but quite small, maybe the company selling this should post pictures of how it is used, as we haven't a clue
