Bang for your buck!
I am satisfied with this purchase and I think the price is right! Only thing that I wish was different is if they made a version for petite people, I think this is perfect for guys and people with a wider back kinda hurts my shoulder blades but with alittle adjusting I can manage!

Feels like a real shiatsu massage
This thing really does feel like an actual shiatsu massage! Works great for isolating sore muscles following a workout. The straps are a bit awkward, but doesn't affect the quality of the massage.

OK - not sure how durable it will be
I ordered this to use on my neck and shoulders. It is similar to the Shiatsu Massager by homedic. But the quality is lacking. The vinyl feels cheaper and the polypropylene material that covers the massage nodules is a lot thinner. I have my reservations about how long that material will actually last, the perforations are much larger than the homedic's and the material is a lot thinner, I have a feeling that the nodules are going to end up wearing through the fabric.One of the things that attracted me to this model was the "hands free" feature, which it turns out are not! It does have Velcro straps, which do hold the straps together, but to keep the massager In place you still have to put your hands in the straps, if you don't the massager either travels or falls off.The controls are located on one of the straps, you can't see them when you have the unit in place so it is difficult to change settings while using it.I used it for about 15 minutes, with the heat on, it never warmed up.The massager pauses and switches directions periodically, I will have to try different settings to see if it is actually suppose to do that and if it does it on all of the settings

Seems to work great but no heat (like other reviewers mentioned)
It seems to work pretty well and has a decent/strong motor, but there's no heat whatsoever. It never heats up. It lights up - and I think they might have been indicating a slight residual heat from the LEDs, but it's not even noticeable. There are two modes - heated and non. I tried both, just in case (as one lights up and one doesn't) and there's just no heat output whatsoever. So that's false advertising and I don't like that at all. Other reviewers have said the same thing. But for this price, it's decent and works well enough. I bought an extended warranty just in case, though. I also hate how it shuts off after 15 minutes..... Sometimes I want to sit there and move it around to different locations while watching TV and 15 minutes is hardly enough time to do anything. So that's annoying.
