Works as advertised. Used to slightly thicken turkey pan drippings into gravy and no one knew it wasn't traditionally thickened with wheat flour! I like that you can assess the thickness almost instantly so start with just a tiny amount. Too much makes for a less appealing gloopy texture.

I liked that it was made in the USA and was reasonably priced however when it arrived it had an expiration date only 2 months away. I'm not sure if I will use it all by then. Most likely not, so this makes it more expensive. Disappointed about the freshness 😕

Great so far. I used a tiny amount to make home made ice cream. Helps Keep the ice crystals from forming. Worked well.
