What is happening to these cookies? Over the last 2 years they have been changing. They have gotten smaller, darker, almost too hard to eat.

Are these paleo friendly?

Depends on your definition. We can’t have dairy or grains, but can eat these. Not as tasty as mom’s “evil” desserts, but awesome for those with diet restrictions.
