Mood Support has been a lifesaver for me. I have been taking it for about four months and it has made a tremendous difference in my anxiety and depression. It has also changed my outlook on life. Are used to be a pessimist and expect the worst and I find that when I take this product I am much more mellow, calm and hopeful. I also know that it’s working because a few times I have run out of the product and within a day and a half I feel very down and have a hard time getting out of bed. Within two days of restarting the product, I feel terrific. I have also started going to a chiropractic neurologist who has done a brain map on me which shows that I have very little alpha waves. Alpha waves contribute to feelings of well-being. Serotonin is a big contributor to these feelings of well-being and I apparently do not make enough in my body. I have done some research and have learned that it is your gut bacteria that actually is responsible for making the B vitamins which are necessary to create serotonin. My chiropractic neurologist has suggested that I start neurofeedback which is aimed at reprogramming your brain waves to bring them more in line with a normal person’s brain. I have found this to be very helpful for my chronic depression and anxiety. If you have a lot of difficulty with these disorders in may be worthwhile for you to find a really knowledgeable chiropractic neurologist who knows quite a bit about brain health and gut health and how it influences mood. I have also started a program to rebuild my gut by fixing leaky gut and by supplementing with good bacteria with her help. So maybe one day I can do without the supplement but for now it is invaluable. One side note, this product did not work for my daughters’ anxiety and depression. Turns out, their brain maps are quite different than mine. One had perfect alpha waves and the other had too much alpha activity. So we figured out one had too much dopamine creating a constant fight/flight response so we are supplementing her with 5-HTP and GABA. The other one is doing neurofeedback with good results. We are all doing breathing exercises because none of us were breathing deeply which is also a signal that your fight/flight response is haywire. There’s so much research out there on YouTube. I have really learned so much about natural health and how to get off SSRIs which ultimately destroy your serotonin receptors and your ability to ever make your own serotonin. I feel calmer, not as anxious, and on edge. Good amour of ingredients for price. Will order again.

Got for my hubby to take in lieu of depression pills. Works good when he takes them on a regular basis.

This supplement works amazing for depression, especially if you have trouble with pharmaceutical antidepressants. It takes a while to really kick in (4-6 weeks for full effects) and is not a 'cure all' but definitely takes the edge off of feeling depressed and anxious.

It has been just about four months ago since I started taking 2 of these caplets each morning. I switched to this herbal remedy in hopes of getting rid of the side effects I was dealing with with my prescription antidepressants. My depression is stable and my anxiety has decreased quit a bit. All the side effects I was dealing are now gone and I can tell you I do not miss them one bit.

I have Bi polar and this helps a lot with it I replaced my welbutrin with this, it helps with the mood swings a lot. Great product.
