Took for a month and saw no difference.

This is the problem with taking most supplements like this that are supposed to help with things like immunity. There's no real way to tell if it's helping or not. I gave these 4 stars because I also can't say they aren't helping. The capsules are easy enough to take and don't leave a bad taste in my mouth. I mostly am hoping they will help with my lymphatic system (I have multiple nodules on my thyroid & make it not work correctly).

I had high hopes for these since I struggle with lymphatic drainage. Sadly, I didn't notice any improvement.

I tried this supplement for a week. I took the recommended 2-capsule dose for that seven-day period. I observed no beneficial effects, but no side effects either. I found the label somewhat frustrating, as the dosage section has text that is similar in color to the background, making it hard to read. The ingredient list is also vague, listing only a proprietary blend rather than actual amounts of each constituent.

This poke root is combined with red root, goldenseal, dandelion, elderberry, plantain herb and horsetail. It is a seven-in-one product with poke root being the star notated ingredient. Poke root is used for various conditions. My family has recently discovered the beneficial effects of poke root. This particular supplement has a two-capsule serving size with forty-five servings per container, which is fair.

Sadly I did not see any improvement with leg/foot swelling from lymph nodes also known as edema by taking this. My feet were still swollen the way they've always been and legs still can be pushed in and leave imprints.

I like that they put the use right on the label.Bottle is green plastic with a push and turn black lid. There is a plastic band for tamper resistance.Foil inner seal ... not easy to lift openBottle is half full of white capsules .. you cannot see inside .. that are a bit smaller than normal.I look forward to trying these out.
