There is a lot to love about the snuffle mat! We've been looking for things to keep our dogs brain occupied since she hurt her tail a few weeks ago. Things like the snuffle mat really help her entire out her brain during times when we cannot tire out her body and brain. This one is mounted on a plastic mat and the snuffle pieces are made of fleece fabric. The beauty of this is that you can replace individual pieces of fabric if they get disgusting or wear down too much. We have another snuffle mat which we like but this one is amazing! I highly recommend

I have a 5 yr old Cattle dog mix that was abused and is fearful. One of the things I read to help fearful dogs is to give them food puzzles and show them how to play. It builds their trust in you. Anyway I have a few puzzles that she is very good at and wanted something different. I got this mat and have not been disappointed. My dog loves it, I like the bright colors and it is a fun way to reward her.

Before the snuffle mat, I was hiding treats in my dog's blanket. He had gotten really fast at finding the treats! The snuffle mat is more challenging and he loves it. I wouldn't say it relieves stress but rather creates more if I don't get it filled with treats when he is ready! I would highly recommend this product.

I have a very anxious puppy mill senior rescue :( and our behaviourist recommended food games to help build her confidence. Reading the reviews of this I thought it would be worth trying.It's colourful, well made, and she took to it straightaway. She loves snuffling around in it. Thinking about buying another one for more snuffling! Hopefully she can graduate to agility toys one day

My 8 lb chihuahua IMMEDIATELY figured this thing out. He loves nosing around in it, even after he's picked it clean. The single square is the perfect size for him.This mat is really well made. The fleece strips are really thick, and strong.

MY YORKIE EATS LIKE ITS HIS LAST MEAL, THIS SLOWS HIM DOWN, AND HAD FUN DOING IT..DONT LEAVE IT OUT ALL THE TIME....ITS SPECIAL FOR HIM....HE HAS LOTS OF TOYS...BUT IT COULD BE A TOY, UNLESS YOUR FUR BABY IS REALLY TOUGH ON TOYS.

Great for fast eaters, visually impared pets or pets that like puzzle/search toys. Machine washable. Very durable. We hide ours around the house, stuffed with kibble. Our blind dog loves it.

Like this thing, but my dog goes through it in 1/2 hr no matter how many broken up treats I put in it. And he’s really not that smart (but very sweet!) I dare not put more for fear of making him sick. I like the premise just wish it lasted a little longer perhaps if the strands were longer??? Still, a good idea.
