Bogatin's Practical Guide to Transmission Line Design and Characterization for Signal Integrity Applications

Not what you think
Although I believe that Bogatin is a great writer and teacher, I just do not understand how this book got its title. The true title of this book should read "Bogatin's Practical Guide to COMPUTER AIDED Transmission Line Design and Characterization for Signal Integrity Applications". This book does not contain equations for designing any aspect of transmission lines like the title strongly suggests. Rather, you'll find software recommendations and resources for transmission line design. This is like buying a cookbook that only references online recipes, except you have to pay for the online recipes. So why did I buy the book? Unfortunately, I was unable to make time for this book until the return period had lapsed. So now Im stuck with a $100.00 software advertisement.
