Needs to get fixed.
Vintage design and easy to cary around, saving under preset or favorites does not work and i was able to save only three out of 30 stations under favorites and i use the History to go to the Radio Stations which i like to listen, keys are slow response or sometimes no response ,when you turn on the Radio it will not go to previous station you were listening, some combination of keys cause radio to freeze and you need to turn off the radio and start from beginning, sound through headphone is not pleasing and volume should be much higher for listening comparing it to the other radios. there is a Hum when using AC cord, Navigating through different stations and menus is hard, i tried only internet radio not the other features of this radio.this internet radio needs to get fixed. Update Apr 22.2025 the radio does not work anymore, it worked only 3 months from date of purchase.

No....
The short answer is NO....this radio is not ready for prime time, and i cannot recommend anyone to buy it. Especially at the inflated price of seventy five bucks a pop. If it was forty, i might say different. Anyway, to get to my experience. It was easy enough to set up and connect to my wifi, do the location, time, etc. Pretty intuitive. Now to get to the radio menu: it's awful. All i really want to listen to is talk radio. In all other internet radio versions, "Talk" is a genre....not in this radio. For this one, you have to drill down another couple of menu's, through "News". Ridiculous. Once i finally got to my choices, i managed to save three stations. After that, they refused to save. Then, like another reviewer, i saw the update was available...so i did that. Disaster....after that, i could only save ONE station. It refused all the other 29 empty spaces. Unbelievable. So to get another station, you have to go back and drill down all the other menu's again. What a pain. It also lags a lot as you scroll, which can get very annoying. Now, the sound seems pretty decent to me, at least for talk. I haven't tried the Bluetooth as i would never use it. The USB and SD card input both work fine, so they are a plus if you need them. I don't. I am also disappointed that it doesn't give the FM option, even though it is probably there in the hardware but just not connected. I may open the back and hack it, later. And why leave the antenna there, just to annoy you? This is probably a decent radio in the UK or EU versions, with DAB as well. Then it might be worth it, if they fix the firmware errors. My guess is there is memory address errors in the firmware. Maybe they will fix it. One of the weirdest things, to me, is that there is no "Off" switch. You can turn off the radio by pressing a switch but it stays on standby with the clock, etc, on all the time. This will burn through batteries in no time. On AC, the only way to turn it off is to pull the cord every time. Weird. I never like to leave my radio's plugged in. This radio was a real disappointment to me, and i regret getting it. I had high hopes when i saw it but it is just a work in progress, and we shouldn't be paying this kinda money for a clunky prototype. It has potential, though, but it's not ready for sale. +++ Update ++++ I have now added some pics of the internals. It seems decently made, but my guess about it using the ESP32 was wrong. It uses the XR872...a processor i am not familiar with, but it sounds pretty capable. The rest are pretty standard chips, except one that was completely scrubbed and unreadable. I think it would have performed better with the ESP32, but maybe that would make the firmware too easily hackable, or something. There is a UART port available on the PCB, though.... ;-)

Not Quite Ready
I have a strong interest in Internet radio's and own too many to count. So, when a new one comes out there's a good chance I'll buy it. This unit seems to me like a prototype. I'll just mention a few of the issues that bothered me the most. By the way, I did do the offered update. When you first power up it behaves as if it's the first time. Too many steps to get going. It does not remember your last station. Presets are very important! However, it's hit and miss whether you're successful to set them up. I was only able to set up 10 out of 30. With these issues and others, I was still planning on keeping the radio. Then I thought I should try it on AC, and when I did there was a rather loud hum. That was the deal breaker! In time it could be a very good Internet radio but it's not there yet.

Tive alguns problemas com a duração da bateria , porque a voltagem aonde moro é diferente. Com o tempo de uso, me adaptei e gosto do produto. Amei também a assistência da empresa na pessoa da Ângela. Parabéns Ângela e a empresa. Deixo a sugestão de um equipamento BIVOLT.
