It's a plate, not much to say honestly. Fits comfortably in the average rucksack and hiking bag, the weight is evenly distributed throughout, the carrying handle makes a great addition, big enough to get your hand through without sacrificing leverage.

Not really too much to say here. It’s a 30 pound weight plate. It fits into my Frontline Athletic 2.0 ruck bag just fine. It looks to be made well. It will help with my ruck workouts and the price was fair.
