Stubb'sStubb's Hickory Liquid Smoke, 5 fl oz

I had a dim opinion of liquid smoke from my childhood and and now 55 years later I am trying it again.Use a light touch because an actual smoker doesn't usually leave this much smoke flavor behind. I think my childhood was scewed by a mom with a heavy hand. I used it in black beans which is not smokey traditionally. I went light and it was a good experience. Next time I will go lighter still because I am looking for a hint, not a flavor that makes all other flavors a wasted effort.

i tried another famous/popular brand before this. that one was wayyy too strong and concentrated that 2 drop was too much. this seems to already be somewhat diluted or much more mild and it taste a lot better. it blends in nicely without being overpowering. it may be too mild for some people, but it's better than being overpowering. i would say this is more like a 4.5 rather than a 5, but still really good. i decided to give it a 5 over a 4 due to how well the flavor blends with the food.

Awesome taste and product

not even close to my normal brand but the price was better. I used twice as much and still didn't get the flavor i wanted. disappointed
