This hot water tap is excellent for the price, my sister has a more expensive brand, which is no where near as good, compared to the more expensive brand this does not spit out and cause small burns, really delighted with it

Best buy yet, been using it for two months and no issues, the tap is great quality and it works well. The boiler delivers up to 95 degrees C but I have it set to 90, perfect for tea making. I think it delivers 1.5 litres of water before it starts to turn warm but doesn’t take long to re heat, guessing less than a minute. I did do some research before ditching the kettle and found it’s more economical, the maths say about £30 a year to run, please correct me if I’m wrong. I fitted it myself, everything you need is in the box but I would say you’d have to be a experienced DIY’er to fit it, more so for the tap because it can be quite fiddly fitting the three pipes and tap to the sink. The rest was easy.

DO NOT BUY!! Absolutely rubbish, do not buy this product at all. The product will become defective within less than a year and the seller or Amazon will do nothing to help you fix this. I contacted them about the display screen on the tap not working and they asked me if I changed the filter on the tap. I told them about the physical tap not working and they asked me again about the filter being changed, which has no correlation at all about the screen and tap not working. They will avoid helping you and providing support. The tank that stores the water will also start leaking and will flood the place even when it does not get moved, all of this within less than 2 years of installing the product. DO NOT BUY !!

Had this product less than a year and has already give up flashing e3 everyday poor quality don't waste your money

Initially really pleased with this product but we have struggled to replace the filter and contact the supplier for instructions, the reply was it will twist off. That was what we were doing, no instructions or help to show how done. So far we still cannot replace the filter without dismantling it and removing from the cupboard. After service none existent
