This product really helps to slim down the stomach. But you still have to be consistent with exercising too.

Am almost finished with the bottle and it hasn't helped yet. Am ordering another to give myself a total of 2 months before I decide if this works or not.

All the fuss, with out any results,I’ve gained weight in stead. Not happy with this product one bit
