Well, here goes TMI! I got these following my knee replacement surgery. After briefly taking pain meds & not moving my body much, all systems were NOT go at all — until I found these suppositories! I was miserable & desperate. So my partner found me a liquid glycerin product, that worked, but it was really messy & quite expensive. These are really easy to use & they work really fast! They’re tiny, ~ 1 inch long & 1/4 inch wide. They’re have a rounded head for easy & pain-free insertion (you’ll smile at their shape!). It would be good to keep them in the fridge if possible. Although they don’t melt completely per se (I live in a warm climate), they will melt a little bit & you might find them unpleasantly sticky. OK, you’re going to get up close & personal with your own anatomy, so you might have to get over yourself so you can end your own suffering with these magical little gems! They are now a bathroom staple for me & I put some in a snack size ziplock-type bag when I travel, when ‘going’ is often, ahem — hard. They really a miracle product & one I won’t live without. They work. Cheaper than the name brand. If your reading reviews on these I’m sorry you suffer from constipation. But these baby’s will set you free.
