adidas Men's Supernova Prima Running Shoes

Fantastic shoe...I bought these having never worn Adidas running shoes. I did have an Adidas hiking shoe that was indestructible, but eventually wore out. I have been wearing Nike Pegasus for years. The Pegasus fit and feel is great, especially for a narrow foot. Price had become too costly, like most shoes. So after some time watching and reading reviews, I took a gamble on the Supernova Prima. Only a few days in to wearing, I have zero complaints. They feel like plush toys. Mind you, I walk; very little running, no high mileage, etc. just day to day wearing to work and for exercise. They are lightweight, and roomier than the Pegasus in the forefoot. I should also point out that they probably run a half size bigger. I wear a men's 12D. But I'm keeping these - colder months, room for thicker socks. The semi-gusseted tongue is also great; a soft, thin, pillowtop-esque portion of tongue is unique to this shoe. The upper is soft like a jersey feel. I wish the outsole was more like the waffle of a Nike or even had the Adidas Continental rubber, but not a dealbreaker. I put non-custom orthotics in mine. Heel feels cushiony and ball of foot is the same, bounce like. I'll admit the hyper turquoise accent color is awful. And if you go for the most current model, color selection is terrible. Not sure why Adidas would choose chain gang gray/highlighter and light communist gray as the 2 color options instead of anything else, but they did. If I can update review after 3 months, I can speak to durability. Will be walking in these all summer. Feet happy.

I am a very heavy runner (6'1, 250-260lbs) neutral to slightly supinating toe to midfoot stride. The shoes do not have the plush of asics nimbus, but still provide a comfortable ride. I suspect they'll last longer than the nimbus. Materials are quality. The weirdest part is the upper foot which is very constricting making them difficult to slide into. Great look and i'll keep running with them. I sized half a size up as is common with adidas.

Great shoe I am 63 280 pounds and right out of the box. I did a 3 mile jog on the street and the shoe handled like a champ.!!!!

Son muy cómodas aunque las pedí talla 11 porque en otras marcas esa es mi talla y me quedaron un poquito grandes pero bueno al final eso no es motivo para no usarlas les sugeriría pedirlas media talla menos ya que vienen algo más grande
