These work much better than the hard pill version. Within about 15 minutes of consuming, I usually notice a difference and it lasts for hours. I got some of my family members into using these now and they too noticed how much faster and stronger this version seems to be. Personally, I use this for hard labor related muscle aches and bad knee flare ups. This even came in handy on a day I had bad menstrual cramps. Something of note, I never got a stomach ache from this product even when I ate it on an empty stomach. Maybe it was luck (mind you, you are not supposed to do that) or maybe, this version MIGHT be gentler on the stomach. This is the only place I buy this pill because my local stores either only have the smaller bottle or they are always out of stock.
